How We Protect and Handle Your Data

Our data practices are built around minimal collection, strong encryption, and clear retention rules.

Data Collection Scope

We collect your name, email, mobile number, and payment identifiers — UPI handle, Paytm or PhonePe number — only for account verification and transaction processing. We do not collect data beyond what those purposes require.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. You can manage cookie preferences from your browser settings at any time; disabling analytics cookies does not affect account functionality.

Account Security

All account data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Login sessions time out after 30 minutes of inactivity, and we notify you by email whenever a new device accesses your account.

Data Retention

Transaction records and identity documents are kept for the period mandated by applicable Indian law, then securely deleted or anonymised. You can request a copy of your stored data at any time by contacting our policy inbox.

Your Access Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Submit a request via email or the dispute form; we will verify your identity and respond within seven business days.

Third-Party Sharing

We share data with payment processors — UPI rails, Paytm, PhonePe — only as needed to complete your transactions. No data is sold, rented, or passed to advertisers. All processor agreements include data-protection clauses.
