We take the obligations in these terms seriously — here is a concrete account of how we operate across the areas that matter most to you as an account holder on showlion.

Data Retention

We retain account data for the period required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Once that period expires and your account is closed, personal data is purged from active systems within 30 days of the retention window closing.

Cookie Policy

We use session and analytics cookies to keep your account logged in and to understand which pages are visited most. You can manage cookie preferences from the settings panel inside your account at any time.

Account Security

Account credentials are stored using hashed encryption. We never store your UPI handle, Paytm wallet PIN, or PhonePe credentials on our servers — payment authentication happens entirely within your chosen payment app.

Access Requests

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold against your account. Submit a request through email support with your account ID and we will respond with a data export within 15 working days.

Correction & Deletion

If any detail in your account record is inaccurate, contact us and we will correct it. Requests to delete data outside the mandatory retention window are honoured where local law permits us to act on them.

These terms apply to you if you hold an account with showlion and access our platform from a location where local law permits it. Whether participation is lawful depends on the specific laws of your state or territory in India.

If a breach is detected, we will notify you via your registered email and may suspend your account pending a review. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any pending credits under the terms.

Deposits and withdrawals via UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe are governed by both our payment conduct clause and the individual terms of your payment provider. showlion is responsible for our side of the transaction; your payment app provider is responsible for theirs.

Yes. Raise a dispute within 14 days of the event by contacting support with your account ID and transaction reference. We review all disputes internally and provide a written outcome. If you disagree with our finding, you may escalate through the channels noted in the terms.

Email our support team from your registered address, include your account ID, and request a data export. We will compile and send your data within 15 working days. The export covers personal details, transaction logs, and communication records we hold.

We send a notice to your registered email at least 7 days before revised terms take effect. The updated version is posted on this page with a revision date. If you continue using your account after the effective date, that constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You must meet the minimum legal age for participation as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction. showlion does not permit account creation where local law prohibits it, and eligibility verification may be requested at any stage of your account lifecycle.
